Guilds Code of Conduct:

Within every community there's rules. The rule of law enables people to act in tandem and provides a guideline to adhere to. For every rule, there's an exception. Keep in mind these rules are a baseline, a minimum standard of conduct.

Respect: Members and Allies Nationality, Culture, Lifestyle choices and opinions.
Guild Reputation: Every person on Devona's Rest has the entitlement to being treated humanely and as a comrade.
Courtesy: Whether in map, local, team or guild chat, Mumble or on the forums. Treat others as you would like to be treated.
Dignity: Don't beg in guild, map, or team chat. If you need something put effort into it and ask for help. No handouts.
Honor: Don't arouse tensions between servers. Good sportsmanship applies to WvW, PvE and sPvP
Loyalty: Devona's rest is WoS' home. We expect it to be the home of WoS' players as well. It should also be noted if your character resides on a server that is anything other than DR. It will be removed from the guild.

Standard Operating

Promotions:
Promotions will be voted upon by the Guild Master(s), General(s) and Champion(s).  In the result of a tie the member will not be promoted.  Additional requirements may be given to that member to see how they handle the responsibility.  Another vote will occur after an appropriate time.

Inner guild conflicts:
Inner guild conflicts will be handled by Ambassadors.  If they cannot find an agreeable solution, or require additional support, they may contact a General or a Guild Master.  If a dispute reaches a Guild Master their decision is final and may not be disputed.

Non Representing Players:
If a member is found not representing the guild over an extended period of time, we reserve the right to kick that member.  They may appeal their removal to the guild to Guild Master(s).  Once the GM(s) has made their decision it is final and may not be disputed.

Changing guild policy or guild vision:
The guild policy and vision will only be changed by vote of the Guild Master(s), General(s) and Champion(s).  The vote must be a three fifths majority or the changes will not be enacted
