Guild Master: GMs will step in and give guidance to any rank who may be struggling with their duties.  They understand everything WoS is about and strives to make it a better place each and everyday.  These members guide the guild and keep it inline with the guild vision. 
Requirements:
Manage all ranks.
Help guild members as needed. 
Create, manage, and promote guild events.
Disseminate guild information to all members.
Manage and track influence spending and other general administrative duties.


General: these members have gone beyond the call of duty for WoS.  These members have made WoS their home and hope to do so with the new members.
Requirements:
Help settle disputes if an ambassador asks.
Demote members who cannot preform their duties as required.
Promote members who show promise within the guild.
Schedule guild events and informing members including all champions and officers of Guild events.
Manage the Message of the Day(MOTD)
Recruit members.
Manage nonrepping members.
Help out members as needed.


Champion: a member who is a Champion has displayed mastery of one or multiple aspects of the game whether it's a dungeon in PvE or displaying commemorable knowledge and skill on the battlefield. These members have observed everything required in previous ranks and then some.  They are dedicated to the guild and show promise and desire to continue to grow.
Requirements:
Manage nonrepping members: this includes asking why they're not representing and changing their rank to Nonrepresent.
Recruit, when able, for the guild.
Guild members may also seek guidance from them.
Give suggestions on promotions to any higher up rank.
Help out members as needed.
Disseminate information given from General's and Guild Master


Officers: these members have shown above average dedication to the guild. We require our officers to be kind and have patience with those in the guild.  They have proven themselves by helping others learn about every aspect of the game.
Requirements:
Manage nonrepping members.
Help out members as needed.
Disseminate information given from Champions, Generals and Guild Masters.

Ambassador: these members are members first line for any issues you have with other guild members.  These players will take the time out to meditate the problem and see if an agreeable solution can be found. If they cannot find an agreeable solution, or require additional support, they may contact a General or a Guild Master.  This rank is obtained by appointment from GMs and Generals.


Mentor: these members have shown the will to improve WoS  They are there to help others inside the guild improve their build, understand a dungeon, or help with anything they may need.  Accepting this rank means that we expect you to be kind and courteous to your fellow guild members and answer any question they may have.


Member: these members have decided that WoS is their home.  We expect these players to be active in Guildwars 2, attend guild events and to represent WoS.


Recruit: these members are new to the guild and have no permissions.  We expect nothing from you at this time.  This is your time to get to know the guild and find out if it's right for you.  Once you have decided if WoS is right for you send mail to a Champion, General or a Guild Master


Nonrepresent: these are members not representing the guild.  We reserve the right to kick players that spend an excessive amount of time at this rank. We will send mail first.  They may appeal their removal from the guild to Guild Masters, however their decision is final and may not be disputed.

 

Allies: these are members who are allied with the guild.  Often other guild leaders for quick contact.  They are the only players allowed to not represent.
